U.S. News Ranks UConn Undergrad Business Program in the Top 50 Nationwide
Uconn Today – In a new report released on Monday, U.S. News & World Report ranked the undergraduate program at the UConn School of Business among the Top 50 in the nation.
The program is ranked No. 47, based on peer assessment by deans and senior faculty members at other highly-regarded colleges. UConn tied with UMass for the top public undergraduate business education in the New England.
Business Career Expo 2023 Draws Hundreds of Students, Reps from Top Corporations
UConn Today – Anna Zerbinati, a senior majoring in financial management, had a strategy for impressing corporate recruiters at the School of Business Career Expo on Wednesday.
“I’ve done my research on the companies and I know what jobs they have available. I want to show them how much I want to work there,’’ Zerbinati said. She hoped her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and fluency in Portuguese would help her make a strong impression.
Bright, Young Business Leaders: ‘Stay Open, Stay Curious, Explore’
UConn Today – Robyn Gallagher thought perhaps she was the wrong woman for the job.
As a law student, Gallagher was offered a summer internship in a prison legal services clinic, assisting with depositions and participating in mediation for prisoners whose rights had been violated while incarcerated.

UConn Today – Keri Yonika, an occupational therapist and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, has both the knowledge and passion to help young children get a good start in life.
She loves her work with neurodivergent pre-schoolers, but not the constant pressure to see more clients. Yonika dreams of owning her own practice and running it with a client-centered approach.

Nine Named To Fulbright US Student Program For 2023-24
UConn Today – Nine UConn students have been selected as recipients of a grant through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program for the 2023-24 academic year. The program provides grants for individually designed study and research projects or for English teaching assistantships around the world. Students meet, work, live with, and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences.
