The UConn School of Business’ Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management program ranks among the Top 10 in the nation, according to a new report.

The program was ranked #9 in the nation for The Best Online Master’s in Human Resource Degree Programs by TheBestSchools.org, outscoring Cornell University, Boston University and Quinnipiac University, to name a few.

UConn offers a hybrid human resources master’s program, which can be earned on a part-time schedule. Curriculum includes talent management, HR metrics, managing risk in the workplace, and workforce capability development. Students may also select from electives addressing diversity and inclusion, negotiation strategies, labor relations and performance management before completing a capstone project.
