  • U.S. News & World Report ranks UConn's undergraduate business program 36th in the country among public institutions.

    U.S. News & World Report also ranks UConn's real estate program 8th in the country among public and private institutions.

  • Business Week ranks UConn's undergraduate business program 61st among the "Best Undergraduate B-Schools" in the country (2008). UConn also ranks 25th among public business schools and is the #1 public business school in New England.

  • Business Week's 2008 "Undergraduate Specialty Program Rankings" ranks UConn's accounting program #11 nationally.

GRADUATE
Best Graduate Schools 2009
  • U.S. News & World Report ranks the UConn MBA Program 52nd nationally among the nation’s "Best Graduate Programs" (2009) and UConn's information systems specialty ranks 26th.

  • For the third consecutive time, Business Week ranks UConn’s MBA Program among its top 70 "Best B-Schools" (2006) – and the #1 public MBA Program in New England.

  • The Wall Street Journal/Harris Interactive Business School Survey for 2007 ranks the UConn MBA Program 51st in the regional schools category.

  • UConn’s MBA Program ranks 10th in the nation for "Best Campus Facilities" in the Princeton Review's 2007 "Best 282 Business Schools".

FACULTY AND RESEARCH
  • In a 2008 Journal of Real Estate Research article, UConn was recognized as the #1 academic real estate research program in the world for 1990 - 2006, and #1 for each of the individual periods 1990 - 1994, 1995-2000, and 2001-2006. (Journal of Real Estate Research, Volume 30, No. 1, 2008, page 107)

  • C.F. Sirmans, William N. Kinnard, Jr. Professor of Real Estate and Finance and Director of the Real Estate Center at the University of Connecticut, was ranked #1 leading academic real estate author in the world for the 1990-2006 period. John Clapp, Professor of Real Estate, was ranked # 13 (page 114).

  • A study in the latest issue of Communications of the ACM measures the impact of information systems research and productivity and ranks the University of Connecticut's operations and information management department 16th worldwide. The analysis included research performed at over 4,000 institutions.
