• In a 2008 Journal of Real Estate Research article, UConn was recognized as the #1 academic real estate research program in the world for 1990 - 2006, and #1 for each of the individual periods 1990 - 1994, 1995-2000, and 2001-2006. Kinnard, Jr. Professor of Real Estate and Finance and Director of the Real Estate Center at the University of Connecticut, was ranked #1 leading academic real estate author in the world for the 1990-2006 period. • A study in the latest issue of Communications of the ACM measures the impact of information systems research and productivity and ranks the University of Connecticut's operations and information management department 16th worldwide. The analysis included research performed at over 4,000 institutions.
