Our Mission
To provide UConn School of Business students with the best possible preparation, job search advice and career counseling to allow them to develop into the candidates companies want to hire.

In today's unpredictable & competitive job market, it's important for students to have help and guidance. On any given day, the School of Business Career Center has dozens of visitors with questions such as:

  • What kinds of questions will I be asked in an interview?

  • How should I set up my resume?

  • How do I negotiate for a good salary?

  • There are so many job search websites, which are best for me?

  • How can I find out what types of jobs someone in my major or concentration would have?

  • What job search strategies work best for international students?

Not only does the office answer these questions on an individual basis, we have many services and programs set up throughout the year to make sure all School of Business students have some training in finding the job that's best for them.
