Biography
Rohit Piplani is a PhD student in Management at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. His primary area of interest is intra-organizational social networks, in which he has conducted applied research to examine the impact of network evolution on individual and team-level outcomes. He earned his M.Phil in Organizational Behavior & HRM from Massey University, New Zealand; Masters of Business Management with a focus in Finance from the University of Waikato, NZ and Bachelors of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai.
