Rohit Piplani is a PhD student in Management at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. He earned his M.Phil in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Massey University, New Zealand; Masters of Business Management with a focus in Finance from the University of Waikato, NZ and Bachelors of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai. Currently, his research interests include social networks, creativity and innovation, and leadership. He is particularly interested in understanding how employees’ network alters influence their ability to generate and implement novel ideas in the workplace.
