Biography
Michael S. Zambruski has been providing strategic planning, program and project management, and comprehensive business analysis to multi-billion dollar international firms, small fast-growing companies, and entrepreneurs for more than 30 years. His background covers both the service and product sectors, with industry experience in health care, telecommunications, information technology, higher education, environmental services, consumer goods and services, advertising, banking, real estate, and aerospace, as well as in the federal government – both civilian and military. His teaching experience over the past 20 years includes Agile Project Management, Establishing the Project Management Office, I.T. Risk Management, Leading Complex Projects, Leading Project Managers, Program Management, Risk Management, Strategic Alignment of the Project Portfolio, Business Analysis Fundamentals, Gathering and Documenting Requirements, Business-to-Business Marketing, International Business, Marketing Management, Selling and Professional Sales Management.
