Essam Boraey is a Ph.D. student in the Management Department at the University of Connecticut, specializing in Strategic Management. He holds an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Connecticut (UConn), a B.A. from Cairo University, and a graduate certificate in Leadership and Public Management from UConn. Essam has been honored with the David B. Walker Award for Public Service from the University of Connecticut and has received recognition as the Human Rights Person of the Year by the National Human Rights Center in Cairo, Egypt.
His research interests encompass entrepreneurship, international business, and international political economy. Additionally, Essam is an esteemed member of Pi Pi Alpha, the international honors society recognizing students for high academic achievements in public policy and administration.
