Ziyue is a Ph.D. candidate in the Management Department at the University of Connecticut with a focus on organizational behavior. He holds an MA in psychology from DePaul University and a BA from Knox College. Ziyue’s broad research interests lie in social networks and social hierarchy. Currently, his research explores the social processes that influence creativity and innovation.
