Bio

Miao Bai is an assistant professor in the Department of Operations and Information Management at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT and a research collaborator at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. His primary research interest is to analyze operational and policy aspects of healthcare systems and public health, and develop innovative analytical methods to address complex challenges in operations management.
