Bio

Miao Bai is an assistant professor in the Department of Operations and Information Management at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and previously served as a postdoctoral research associate at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. His research focuses on healthcare operations and public health policy, developing innovative analytical methods to address complex challenges in these critical domains.
