Meg joined the UConn School of Business in 2010 and currently the Director of UConn’s Full-time MBA Program located in downtown Hartford. In that capacity she leads the strategic planning and implementation for the recruiting and admission of full-time MBA candidates as well as directs the staff and works with faculty to deliver a rigorous and transformational cohort program. Meg provides programmatic and individualized support via classroom delivery and 1:1 academic advising for career progression strategies, which includes: course selection, negotiation skills, and networking strategies. While earning her MS degree, Meg studied the validity of emotional intelligence (EI/EQ) leading to success in leadership and brings this knowledge to the business students. Meg also has experience as an MBA recruiter for leading organizations such as: Bain and Company, Mercer, and Travelers and uses this “inside” knowledge to prepare students for career development success.
