Biography

Greg Sottile brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the classroom. His work history includes leadership and business development roles for companies engaged in broadcasting, management consulting, material science and manufacturing. For more than a decade, he was one of the world’s leading thought leaders in the emerging electronically dimmable smart windows industry. More recently, he is developing and implementing data-driven strategies for a growth-oriented manufacturer. Greg has taught a variety of courses in the MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programs since he began teaching at UConn in 1996. These courses include Marketing Management, Marketing and Digital Analytics, Marketing Research, Managerial Statistics and others. He, his wife Melissa and their children are avid UConn fans.
