Yuqing (Alice) Liu is a Ph.D. student in Management at the University of Connecticut, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she worked as a full-time research assistant in the Department of Management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She holds a Master of Applied Psychology in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Peking University and a Bachelor of Management in Logistics Management from South China Normal University.

Her research examines how artificial intelligence reshapes work and organizations, particularly through employees’ emotions, work design, and job crafting. She is also interested in advancing organizational research through multimethod approaches, including experience sampling, response surface analysis, machine learning, and qualitative methods, to study dynamic and complex organizational phenomena.
