Amnah Ameen is a Doctoral Candidate of management at the University of Connecticut. She received her BS in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Her research explores interpersonal dynamics in organizations, with a focus on how social emotions shape people’s experiences and interactions at work.
