Biography:

Meg joined UConn School of Business in 2010 and held several leadership roles since, such as director of the Graduate Career Development team, director of the Full-time MBA program, and in 2021, was asked to work in the Dean’s Office and lead the UConn School of Business’ newly formed Office of External & Alumni Engagement, as its executive director.  Meg demonstrates a servant leadership style, committed to supporting the lifelong learning of the school’s alumni, students, and that of her team.  Meg is the executive coach for the school’s EMBA program and teaches Career Development Strategy to MBAs using assessments and tools such as Everything DiSC, StrengthsFinder 2.0, and other methods to help people identify their values, strengths, and design their unique and strategic career management plan. Meg leverages her 20 plus years’ experience in corporate and higher ed settings as a career coach, instructor, manager, and leader to help others create an individualized approach to progress on their own career journey.
