Biography:

Girish N. Punj is a Professor of Marketing at the School of Business, University of Connecticut, Storrs. He received his M. S. and Ph.D. in Marketing from Carnegie-Mellon University. He has published 50+ research papers in various marketing journals including Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science, and Journal of Business Research. Currently he serves on the editorial board of Journal of Business Research and is an ad-hoc reviewer for several other marketing journals. His research interests include consumer information search in traditional and electronic environments, structural equation modeling, consideration set formation and advertising effects on ad and brand attitudes.
