Walker Ray Dornisch is a Ph.D. Student in the Management & Entrepreneurship Department at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Strategic Management. He earned his M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, B.S. in Applied Psychology from New York University, and Certification of Professional Achievement in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University. Professionally, he has served as a Wealth Advisory Associate for Morgan Stanley, and as a Chief of Staff for a diplomatic mission at the United Nations. His research interests include the sociology of organizations, theories of deviance, stakeholders, and the integration of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Walker Ray Dornisch is the Director of Research for Daigle Labs, an academic research program that develops insights on how to create sustainable new businesses to improve economic livelihoods in Connecticut and around the world.
