Shu He is an assistant professor of operations and information management at the School of Business, University of Connecticut. She earned her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests include social media, digital platforms, e-commerce, and cybersecurity. Her work has been published or is forthcoming in Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, and Journal of Management Information Systems. She has received a National Science Foundation grant to support her research.
