Monique Domingo is a Ph.D. candidate in Management at the University of Connecticut with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Francisco State University in the Spring of 2015. Her primary focus is on leadership as a system of effectiveness in teams and how different events, especially those characterized by high stress, disrupt the system.
