Fodor inducted to UConn hall of fame

SOUTHBORO - The University of Connecticut School of Business inducted investor and entrepreneur John R. Fodor into its hall of fame.

Mr. Fodor recently retired as executive vice president of Capital Group/American Funds, a mutual fund investment company. He also serves on the UConn business school dean's advisory cabinet and has lectured at the school.

Mr. Fodor entered UConn as a scholarship athlete and received a bachelor's degree in economics in 1985.
