The Finance Society serves not only as a model of excellence for student organizations at the University of Connecticut, but for other student organizations around the country, as well. The largest and most diverse student organization in the School of Business, more than 40% of all Finance majors are Society members, and roughly 30% of members come from a scope of various other majors. By becoming involved with the Society today, your company can play a more integral role in the Society of tomorrow.

How can my company become more involved with the Society?

Recruiting Partner
To assist recruiters in their selection process, the Society developed its own online resume book. This book can be accessed through Career Connections by simply clicking on the link to the left and registering with the Business Career Center.
Speaker Forums
The Society encourages speaker forums in which businesses and successful individuals come in to recruit and/or enlighten our members about the financial world. Due to the overwhelming demand to speak to the Society, though, there may be waiting period prior to being scheduled to speak.
Trips
Trips serve as a great way for our members to grasp a better feel for the business environment. If you are interested in sponsoring a trip to your place of business, please note that the Society needs at least three months notification prior to the date or time period requested.
