goals during demand growth of ~ 300% over first 6 months.
- Drove root cause investigation of Ship Complete On Time
(SCOT) customer satisfaction issues. Missing component complaints
dropped from 25% to < 1%.

- Developed sourcing strategy & executed operating plan for
supplier managed service parts, eliminated ~ 3000 manual transactions
per year, saving GEMS ~$400K annually.
- Drove improved delivery execution from suppliers. Warehouse
Zero on Hand issues were reduced from historical levels of 15% to <
1%. Contracted with Suppliers to generate favorable MPI ranging from
6% to 12% of spend.

- Directed manufacturing transfer of X-Ray Suspension Unit
production from Milwaukee to Mexico, ensuring that quality &
compliance standards were maintained during transfer. Transfer
resulted in $325K annual savings.

numerous internal & supplier quality issues.

- Developed an eBusiness tool to provide dynamic part
information to facilitate implementation of Kanbans.
- Linked eBusiness tool to bar coding system to improve

helped operators maintain quality in a union shop.
- Performed engineering validations (including manufacture &

Maintenance. Scheduled equipment and labor, on a quarterly and

overseas deployment, critical testing & examination periods, and
