1996-1997 I worked as a research assistant for Dr. William Laughlin, a professor at
Uconn, cataloguing (using MS Access) his collections in preparation for
contributing them to a museum opening in Unalaska, Alaska.
I organized and carried out the return of Aleut remains and artifacts to the
Ounalashka Corporation of Unalaska, AK under the Native American Graves
Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA)
