(Ltd.), the third largest business group in Turkey. From 1980 to 1982 he was the President of Istanbul Bank, a top ten banking institution. He has been the President of HAS Holding, A.S., another large business group and bottler of Coca-Cola in Turkey.";

Horrigan is the retired vice chairman of the board of RJR Nabisco, Inc. e is also the retired chairman and chief executive officer of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Horrigan joined R.J. Reynolds in July 1978 as chairman and chief executive offer of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International, Inc. He was elected to the board of directors of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in April 1979 and was promoted to chairman, president and chief executive officer of Reynolds Tobacco in February 1980. He was elected to the board of directors of R.J. Reynolds Industries in December 1980 and was named executive vice president of the parent company in September 1981. In 1984, Horrigan was elected president and chief operating officer of Reynolds Industries and became vice chairman of its board in 1985.";

He joined the Marine Corps shortly after World War II started, served a total of 36 years and participated in three wars. During World War II he survived the sinking of the aircraft carrier USS Princeton in the Leyte Gulf in October 1944. After the war he served on recruiting duty and as a student in the amphibious warfare school after which he Commanded the Marine Detachment at the U.S. Naval Air Station in French Morocco. During the Korean War, he served as a rifle company commander, and earned two Silver Star Medals and a Bronze Star with Combat V. After Korea, he served as a staff officer in Marine Headquarters, Washington; as the operations officer of a Marine Test Unit in California and served a three-year tour in the Pacific.";

During mush of the 1980's, as Vice Chairman, he was responsible for statewide bank branches, operations, and information systems areas. Previously, he worked for Morgan Guaranty Trust Company. His numerous civic and community activities included serving as a long-term trustee and first vice chairman of Mount Sinai Hospital. He is a member of the University of Connecticut Alumni Association and served on the Thomas Commission to Study Management of State Government.";

He was awarded the University Medal in 1990 by the Board of Trustees. Mr. Tasker retired in 1982 as a partner of Price Waterhouse, where he had been managing partner of the Hartford Office before transferring to New York City to assume international client Responsibilities.";

Over the next several years he assumed positions of increasing responsibility until, in 1986, he joined the Corporate Finance Group as Vice President and General Manager where he oversaw financing of large transactions in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and equity ventures. In 1987, Mr. Nayden was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Transportation and Industrial Funding, which funded air, marine and rail transportation equipment, and utility power plants, alternative energy systems, and industrial projects.";

He has been actively involved in the American Gem Society serving on the Board of Directors, the Nominating Committee, the Admission Board and Conclave Committee. He established one of the first accredited Gem Laboratories in New England.";

In this role, he was responsible for the worldwide Swift Adhesives business, Reichhold Canada and all international operations. In addition, he was Chairman of Reichhold Limited and Chairman of Reichhold AG in Hausen, Switzerland.";

Mr. Cooper is the Chairman of the U.S.-South Africa Business Council and the Johnson & Johnson Minority Organization Task Force, which manages the company’s partnership with national minority organizations.";

In 1982, Jack negotiated a contract for Reese's Pieces to tie in with Steven Spielberg's <i>ET</i>, the first promotion in the Company's history for which he was featured in People and named Consumer Products Man of the Year. The story was included in the book <i>Emperors of Choco1ate</i> and in the February 1999 Readers Digest.";

In this capacity she was named one of Institutional Investor Magazine’s pre-eminent “buy-side analysts”. Ms. Dobkin managed the Fidelity Financial Services Portfolio from 1983 through 1986 and then moved to Fidelity’s London office for two years in order to manage the newly created Fidelity Europe Fund, a position she held from 1986 through 1990. Penny was the portfolio manager of the successful Fidelity Worldwide Fund since its inception in 1990 until her appointment as the portfolio manager of Fidelity’s International Growth & Income Fund in April, 2001. In this capacity she is responsible for over $1 billion in global equity investments.";

In 1989, Mr. Dunn helped negotiate the merger of Drexel’s retail division into Smith Barney and became Regional Manager for the state of Florida. Mr. Dunn is currently a Senior Executive Vice President and the Divisional Director of Salomon Smith Barney, the second largest brokerage firm in the United States.";

Presently, Buck participates as a board member of twelve public and private corporations and institutions. Buck has remained close to the academic community, serving as a member and President of the University of Connecticut Foundation, and as an executive committee member of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Management Program.";

The company is now housed in three plants in Hamden totaling 140,000 square feet with 150 full-time employees who manufacture and sell ornamental fencing, deck railings and privacy panels nationwide. He graduated in June, 1951, with a BS in Accounting. After graduation Joseph went to work for Robert D. Miller, CPA in West Hartford. In 1966 he left Miller and started his own firm, Filomeno & Company, which he has grown into an established firm with 45 employees and clients from all types of businesses, with annual sales of up to $100 million. Joseph was one of fifteen people who organized the Rocky Hill Bank in 1964 where he became a director of the bank and its first Treasurer.";

He also served on the Stratford Economic Development Commission from 1994-1996. The Stengels are avid supporters of St. Vincent’s “Swim Across the Sound” fifteen mile swim marathon from Port Jefferson, New York, to Captain’s Cove in Bridgeport, Connecticut.";
