APPLICATION MATERIALS
| 1. | Online MBA Program Application
Click Apply Online to begin the application process. A non-refundable application fee of $55.00 must be submitted along with the application and must be paid with a major credit card - Visa, Mastercard or Discover. There are no waivers, deferments, or refunds of application fees.
|
| 2. | Official Transcripts
Official transcripts from each college or university you attended must be sent directly from the institution in a sealed envelope to the University of Connecticut MBA program. Unofficial transcripts, including copies, are not acceptable. For international applicants, official transcripts must be issued in their original language and accompanied by an English translation with a clear explanation of the institution’s program requirements and grading system. Transcripts should be sent directly to the MBA Program office you are applying to (see addresses below).

A residence affidavit is required for all Connecticut residents. Print and complete the residence affidavit, and mail it directly to the MBA Program office you are applying to (see addresses below).
|
| 4. | Two Letters of Recommendation
Two letters of recommendation are required. Letters should be from current or former employers who are familiar with your work and can meaningfully comment on your accomplishments, abilities, and your qualifications for the program. Letters of recommendation should be sent directly to the MBA Program office to which you are applying (see addresses below). Requests for letters of recommendation sometimes encounter unexpected delays so be sure to follow up with reminders to your references.
