Problems connecting to HuskyCT
MS Outlook home connection to Business School server is slow

Problem:Upon trying to log-in to Husky-CT, you receive the error, "There has been an internal server error. Please contact your system Administrator."
Resolution:You may need to have your NetID password reset. You can do this through the NetID web page: netid.uconn.edu or contact University Information Technology Services (UITS) located in the Math-Science Building, Room M037. UITS can also be contacted by phone at 860-486-4357 (select option 3) or email at helpcenter@uconn.edu.
Problem:MS Outlook home connection to Business School server is extremely slow, not only when compared to the access when in the School of Business building, but also with webmail servers, such as MSN Hotmail, Google Mail.
Resolution:Change Outlook configs, as follows: 1) Offline access is configured now to be made through Internet Explorer, not through LAN. 2) I am using the Cached Exchange Mode.
