Technical Support
In addition to technical support from your vendor, support on campus is also available through Resnet. Please visit

Business School IT Services (BUS ITS) concentrates its resources on providing undergraduate support for BUS leased machines. Whether you bring your own personal machine or purchase one through other vendors, support on non-BUS leased machines is limited. In view of liability issues, we request that more complex problems be supported through your outside vendor under your manufacturer warranty or at the computer owner’s expense.
