Introducing the UConn School of Business Mentor Program—an incredible opportunity to be mentored and guided by leading business executives and entrepreneurs from various business fields. Under the Mentor Program, select students will be assigned to connect with UConn alumni who are leading executives in business and industry and are interested in helping our students navigate a successful career path. Participating students will get the opportunity to work with Senior Vice Presidents, Directors and other executives from several Fortune 500 companies, leading financial services firms, marketing and consulting businesses and entrepreneurs who have charted their own successful careers. These executives have opted to work with our students in a mentor relationship.

This program is open to all Seniors and Juniors by application only. Students and mentors will be matched by specific career goals with a mentor with knowledge and experience in that area. Students will be selected based on academic performance, prior work experience or special skills, and the availability of mentors. Accepted students will be assigned to their mentors based on common interests and will be required to attend a Mentor Program orientation before being enrolled in the program.
