Payment & Refund Policy - Part-time MBA Program

MBA Program Fees are $650/credit or $1,950/course for the 2009-2010 academic year.

Payment Procedure

Payment by Check: Personal, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to the University of Connecticut.  Check payments can be made at the MBA program offices.

Payment by Credit Card: Payments must be made through PeopleSoft.  Only Diner’s Club, Discover and MasterCard are accepted. Please be aware that you will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee.

Company Tuition Reimbursement: Provide official proof from your employer or other financier that they will pay course fees in advance of receiving your final grades. These forms must be faxed, mailed or brought to the MBA program offices by the add-drop date each semester or late fees will apply.  Please note: If your company reimburses you directly, you are personally responsible for course fee payment by the last day for add-drop. 

Financial Aid: Non-matriculated students are not eligible for financial aid. For financial aid information, go to www.financialaid.uconn.edu.

UConn Employees: Please go on-line https://accessnow.uconn.edu/sites/tuitionwaiver/default.aspx to complete your tuition waiver application. Payment for the remainder of course fees (after waiver is applied) is due by the last day for add-drop.

Veterans: To see if you qualify for the Veteran’s Waiver, please go to www.veterans.uconn.edu

Other: The MBA program office does not accept cash for course fees.

 

Late Payments

Any payments or company tuition reimbursement paperwork received after 5:00PM on last day for add-drop will be considered LATE and subject to late fees. Add/drop dates:
Add-drop date & payment deadline for Spring 2010 is February 1, 2010.

Refund Policy

If you drop a course after the add-drop date, you will be subject to the following refund policy, regardless of whether or not payment has been received.  There is no refund for Summer classes after the add-drop date.
