Career Transitions in Business - This one-credit required course for Undergraduates includes topics such as: exploration of career information resources, informational interviewing, development of an individual career plan, development of job search strategies and skills, discussion of career transition issues and introduction to career development in organizations.

Career Events for MBAs - Executive speakers, alumni career discussion and panels, corporate presentations, resume and interview preparation workshops, on- and off-campus interviews, job and internship postings, resumé referrals, networking and mentoring opportunities are only a sampling of the career programs offered exclusively for MBAs throughout the year.

Mock Interview Program - When it comes to interviewing you can never have too much practice or feedback. Over 80 mock interviews for MBA students were conducted this year using more then 35 alumni and friends of the School. An added perk was that over 65% of the interviews were done off campus at company sites, adding to the realism of the exercise.

Global Business Leadership Seminar Series - This annual program brings to campus 4 or 5 speakers each year and results in a Certificate of Professional Development for those who attend 3 or more of the presentations. Recent panels drew an average of 225 students. Presenters have included: Tom Jones - President & CIO, CIGNA Investment Management; Mark Vitner - Vice President & Economist, First Union; George Gombossy - Business Editor, The Hartford Courant; Eric Galvin '96 & Jim Schroeder, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Farooq Kathwari, CEO, Ethan Allen, Ed Olivera, Founder/President, Tee's Plus, Ronald G. Career Panels - What better source of career information than people working in the field? Career information panels, with alumni guest speakers, are regularly organized, often in cooperation with student organizations including the Graduate Business Association, Delta Sigma Pi, Information Management Association, and the Finance Society.
