Biography:

Larry Hollen is president of Hollen & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm that assists investors in the evaluation of P&C companies for acquisition, strategic positioning and performance improvement. Mr. Hollen’s past responsibilities include president of AIG’s American Home Assurance, president and COO of Orion Capital Companies and CEO of EBI Companies. He was the principal architect in the turnaround and development of EBI into one of the most consistently profitable and benchmarked workers’ compensation companies in the U.S. He has served on several corporate boards and is a retired Certified Safety Professional.
