Dr. Karla H. Fox specializes in the Uniform Commercial Code, employment law, and business ethics. Before joining the University of Connecticut, Professor Fox practiced law in Connecticut and was a legislative legal advisor. She is a member of the American Business Law Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Connecticut and North Carolina Bar Associations. Professor Fox has published numerous articles in publications such as the American Business Law Journal, Journal of Legal Studies Education, and North Atlantic Law Journal. She is also the author of two textbooks. She is a past president of the University of Connecticut chapter of the American Association of University Professors, as well as a member of the University Senate.
