Management Professor Lucy Gilson speaks with WSHUStorrs, CT (6/30/2005) - University of Connecticut business students recently completed an assignment. Their task was to take a fresh look at the Connecticut Department of Public Safety, which includes the state police, and evaluate it as they would a business. Professor Lucy Gilson led the five students through the 13-week exercise, which culminated in a set of recommendations.
