Jennifer Gorman
Jennifer Gorman, a 2nd year MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Venture Consulting, brings a legal perspective as a manager of the Student Managed Fund. As a licensed attorney in Connecticut, Gorman is leveraging her strong qualitative skills now augmented by quantitative analysis to help guide the SMF in its investment decisions for the 2009-2010 academic year. A Connecticut native, Gorman graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in politics from Randolph College and obtained her J.D. for Quinnipiac University. She is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and Federal courts. Gorman interned over the summer and extended her internship through the academic year with General Electric Real Estate in their asset management department focusing on equity investment in commercial property. In addition, she serves as the Vice-President of Professional Development for the Graduate Business Association. Gorman aspires to leverage her past experience and current endeavors to create and capture great value for the SMF.
