Parking Wands and Garage Accessibility
Parking for University of Connecticut Part-time MBA students is available in the Constitution Plaza North Garage.

Parking is covered during the following times:

• Monday – Friday – 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday – 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you have a Friday daytime class, please pull a yellow parking stub when you enter the garage and bring it into the MBA Office where it will be validated. Please give the attendant your validated parking ticket upon exiting the garage; do not use your parking wand upon exiting if you took a ticket upon entering the garage.

You will receive one parking wand.  It should be placed on your dashboard when you enter/exit the garage.  The parking gate will automatically open.  The parking wand is transferable between vehicles.  Please do not remove the backing on the back of the parking wand as we recycle the wands. 

The charge for a replacement parking wand is $30.00.

Reserved Parking Spaces
UConn students, faculty and staff are not allowed to park in Reserved Parking spaces in the Garage.  These spaces are designated by red/white/blue signs attached to the wall/ceiling or painted in yellow on the parking space itself.  Vehicles will be ticketed and towed if they are illegally parked in reserved spaces.

Building Access Badges
The building access badge that you have been assigned will grant you access to the following doors/floors:

• Exterior door – Kinsley Street entrance – Floor 1
• Exterior Door – Plaza entrance – Floor 2
• Elevators – Floors 2, 3 and 4

You will have access to the Graduate Learning Center during the following days/times:

• Monday – Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The charge for a replacement building access badge is $20.00.

When you have completed your course work and have taken your last class at the UConn School of Business Graduate Learning Center, please return your access badge and parking wand to the MBA Program Office.  Failure to return your parking wand, building access badge or both will result in a charge to you of $30.00, $20.00 or $50.00, respectively.
