Payment Reminders
- All payments must be posted in Peoplesoft before the deadline.
- If your company will be paying UConn directly, please fax or email all paperwork before the deadline. Fax: 860-728-2499 e-mail: hartmba@business.uconn.edu
- If your company is not paying for the full amount of your courses, please be sure to pay the difference before the deadline.
- If you are a UConn employee or a veteran, please email your name and Peoplesoft # to hartmba@business.uconn.edu before the deadline. Remember that you are responsible to pay the amount not covered by the waiver before the deadline.
- Please see the attached payment procedures for reference and for more details.
- Late fees are $6/day up to ten days, for a max of $60.

General Reminders
- If you are a matriculated student and want to drop a course, please do so in Peoplesoft before the deadline.
- If you are a non-degree student and wish to drop a course, please send an email to hartmba@business.uconn.edu with your request prior to the deadline.
- If you are a matriculated student and will NOT be taking classes this semester, please be sure to enroll yourself in GRAD 5998. The class # is 11779, with a cost of $92 and must be paid by the deadline.
- If you are currently registered for your last class this semester please apply for graduation by going to: http://www.grad.uconn.edu/degree_completion.html
- If you want to enroll in a course that is full in PeopleSoft you must contact the MBA office NOT the professor.
- Permission numbers are not given out. If you want to be enrolled in a course that is already full you need to EMAIL the program office of the campus offering the course to be put on the waitlist.
- In all email correspondence with the MBA office please make sure to list your full name as well as your PeopleSoft number.
- Academic Advising is done in the MBA office, NOT by the School of Business Associate Dean who is listed as academic advisor in PeopleSoft. To schedule an appointment please contact our office.
- To view available courses for an upcoming semester use the schedule posted on the Part Time MBA website; www.business.uconn.edu/pmba. DO NOT use PeopleSoft to view course offerings.
- All Graduate students must comply with policies set forth by the Graduate School. Policies can be viewed at: www.grad.uconn.edu
- It is important to read the Payment Refund Policy and deadlines before registering for classes for a particular semester. http://www.business.uconn.edu/cms/p862
- The UConn Co-op Bookstore is not part of the MBA office and cannot assist in registration or process your fee bill. Please make those arangements at the MBA program office.

Reserved Parking Spaces
UConn students, faculty and staff are NOT allowed to park in Reserved Parking spaces in the Garage. These spaces are designated by red/white/blue signs attached to the wall/ceiling or painted in yellow on the parking space itself. Vehicles will be ticketed and towed if they are illegally parked in reserved spaces. These spots are reserved 24/7.
